Our culture at ASC
At ASC we have created a culture that fosters creativity, quality, patience, and organization, and a facility that reflects it. We have a clean, well lit, well organized facility where we work hard as a team, and treat our employees like family. We are looking for skills, but more importantly, someone that fits out culture.
Our shop is very busy with all spindles turning all day, but we do not pressure our people on deadlines or pace. We focus on quality and getting it right the first time.
The right fit for our team
We are always looking for experienced CNC machinists, but we do not hire machine operators. Our work is nearly always being done for the first time. Our machinists make their own models, programs, set ups and run their parts.
Currently, we are looking for an experienced manual lathe and manual mill machinist. We are also looking for an experienced designer with experience in AutoCad programs (Fusion 360, Inventor, etc.)
